An otherworldly (it seemed to be shot in the deep ocean, so it was otherworldly) creature floating in water, roiling and folding. Magical backdrop to the Loui the Zu.

Well described Christopher. It was hard to capture too much of the videos because it felt intrusive with a camera but none the less, I managed to incorporate it in some places and it really felt necessary to capture that sort of feeling that you describe by photographing the vids.
  Jus’ sayin’ ;)

also here it looks like Loui's hand is disappearing into the body of water....

I almost didn’t buy it because I wasn’t sure I could deal with having a John Key tea towel,

Hey, we can always poke his eyes out. :)
I was happy also to support them and they commented that they were very happy to have been noticed. The pun of the tea towel was too good to ignore. :)

Oh no you don't. It is all too consuming but fun just the same and your efforts are stellar.

  Loui was very photogenic.

Cut Collective over in the corner selling Tea towels and Pizza box Art. Also an image from their fantastic vid of the Hobsonville Ammunitions warehouse.
