  Dearly beloved says to mention that when faced with 80s fashions or rehab, he went to rehab then hid for a decade.

  I completely understand where he is coming from. The 80's was pretty scary. i did hair shows and embarrassingly let them put me in outfits like this....
  WARNING!!
  I really did not like this outfit,It was not my fault,
  I think much self medication went on to actually walk down the runway.
  I cannot believe the crutch in the lycra, but I do like the colour of my hair.
  Embarrassing? Much?

  Sofie i had a pair of trousers like that.

  They were yellow. I recall I made the sweat shirt too. Still, never wore shoulder pads, thank Christ.:)

  Don't think so. It's St Patrick' s day tomorrow and my Grandmother was Irish. So this was one of her brooches, which lives on my leather. :)
  And yes the 80's so nearly 30 years ago. Yikes!!

  Are there ever substantial traffic delays between Puhoi and Wellsford outside holiday periods?

  As long as one doesn't go on the Friday avo of a long weekend I have no problems. The Dome is the bitch if we encounter any road accident. When I used to commute from Warkworth back in the day, it was 45-50 mins. Now, maybe 40.Trucks like to get out of Auckland heading North on friday by 3. I have analyzed this and if you get behind one to Whangarei you can save $15. We actually stayed with some to Mangonui and saved $25 in gas. And made record time in travelling too. 2 lanes is good so a bit of maintenance to enact that would surely be sufficient for faster cars to overtake if that's the fancy and more trucks if that's the fancy. That's enough eh?
