This photo was taken circa 1955 when Dad was in the U.S Navy. I like how the sky appears almost pierced by the Lady herself. Cameras were not as good then.

Yeah, I somewhat innocently posted the photo to Weather Watch for their cloud series.
Well page one indeed. It deserved to be there and they are lucky you sent it. :)
Reasons to be cheerful.
Aside- Thanks Merc. I am happy with it. -
Not a great shot but I liked it.

On the way home tonight, I started to think I was seeing things.
Absolutely fabulous Jackson. I looked at the sky and thought I hope Jackson gets a photo knowing you had rode off into the sunset. It was spectacular and obviously performed for you :)
I managed a couple of midnight shots.
also +1 on Chris Waugh’s photos too. What Islander said... -
This is another busy robot.

So, I went out again last night and at a mo of no cloud, I got this....

Capture: Roamin' Holiday, in reply to JacksonP,
By the light of the moon.
That is excellent Jackson. We were probably out there at the same time. :)

Hope Islander sees these. May be her immediate family amongst those shots?
