Unless I'm very much mistaken, legislation would have to be passed to implement ACTA
The MED officials I met, with Tizard, thought that a change in legislation would not be required. That was when S29 was in place, but as far as I am aware S29 *is* still in place. Just in some form of limbo for now.
So...watch it.

Is she available
I think I can safely speak for the Torkington clan here...for pop stars like yourself, always :-)

Banjos are definitely white trash stuff. Why else would Nat Torkington play one:
And whilst I am here, will all you multi-talented folks just shut up. Please, shut up.

I've said before, but will say again, the Daily Mail is a nasty, bullying and mean spirited newspaper that puts England in its worst light.
Talking about which, since when did being rude and disrespectful become something to be proud of? Christ, I know we all say silly stuff (well, I do) but being proud of that fact piles stupidity onto silliness.

I just want to ack ack what is probably the first reference to this very interesting distro on PA.

I feel a Newtown T-shirt coming on:
'Windows 7, it's only a little bit shit"

So let me get this straight. We are supposed to praise, party and celebrate because the biggest software company in the world (or near enough) manages to produce an OS that is nearly as efficient as the one they produced 6 years ago?
Oh, and you get to pay for it all over again?
Sorry, but this is just plain bloody stupid.

Thanks all for the Darcy clips. I never knew.
The Jolene cover has just gone international :-)

hopefully safer in the harbour than on the coast?
er, nope. Not unless we dam the harbour entrance PDQ. Probably worse off.

Oh Rich, thanks for the Pistols link. We used to march up and down the corridors at school singing that one.
