It's clear that anyone who thinks the stadium looks like a "used" condom has never used one.

ahahaaha!

...what do the Nielsen Netratings numbers show for P.A. vs Kiwiblog?

DPF doesn't subscribe to NetRatings (last time I looked, anyway), so we that comparison can't be made, unfortunately.

more good fun from LGF...

My gut response after 9/11 was that we should have brought down the apocalypse on the whole moslem world: I'd have nuked Mecca. Medina. Qom. Riyadh. Baghdad. Teheran. Damascus. I'd have wiped the palestinians from the face of the earth, and cut through Lebanon like a radioactive chainsaw. Here at home, internment camps and mass deportations. And that's just for starters.

I guess I'll feel better when Berkeley gets nuked or something.

and there you go. It ain't threaded.

Can you please explain the correct use of the reply function... it is still escaping me.

Aha, I may have misunderstood myself. I was under the impression that hitting 'reply' on a specific user's post would post your own reply directly under that user's post (threaded posting, in other words).

That may not be the case, and this post will be the proof one way or the other...

and when do we get to change those anonymous little grey people above our user name into actual avatars?

if you post in a multi-page thread, you get deposited at the first page, not at the last one.

I second that call. 'tis a bit weird.

ah, right, I've just clicked to the correct use of the reply function...

(reminds me of the years of telling newbies to use the 'reply to this post' function over at nzmusic.com)

if only there were a decent place to buy NZ books and music online for shipment overseas

Not books, but smokecds.com is pretty good for NZ music.

(note, I work for said website)

I still think they should have expanded the Cake Tin!

Yes!
