I would have thought riffing on the 'off' would have worked best.
i..e. "Fuck off, Phil Goff!" -
I grew up in the Aro Valley although I'm sure I couldn't afford to live there now. We used to have pretty good candidates meetings.

As an ‘intellectual’ you’d think Whyte was familiar with what ‘privilege’ means in a social science context. I’d wager when he saw (or heard) the word ‘privilege’ in the criticism he provoked he was thinking only of the generic ‘material privilege’ that he spoke of when often that was probably not what his critics were talking about at all. Of course, he’s been proven disingenuous in that use of the word too.

My son is three and growing up bilingual. At the moment his English is lagging behind his Japanese but both improve every day. I can’t wait to bring him home so that he can learn te reo and go on to pick up as many other languages as he wants. -
Hard News: Dotcom: Further news of the unlikely, in reply to Matthew Poole,
Yes, that's my impression of him too. It may be that his casual nature will finally bring him down but it doesn't feel like that's going to happen yet.

I was facing being the lucky first year to pay for it’s entire tertiary education by borrowing money for it, courtesy of the guy who in 1984 was quizzing my friends on his TV game show.
Some minor quibbles.
Labour introduced the $1250 fee, Lockwood made it so the universities would have to charge it instead.
I started in '91 but couldn't get a loan until '92 when they were introduced.
