Hard News: The Mega Conspiracy, in reply to Rich of Observationz,
yeah , that’d really piss off the punters :)

But it’s not, it is more like a self-storage service. If one person was storing drugs in their unit would we expect (and accept) that police shut down the entire facility?
It was hardly just a self storage unit ... if the general public had easy access to drugs in multiple storage units then maybe the police would shut down the whole facility

that's alright ,don't think we need you point out how dodgy National is this time , its more obvious than ever...

Hard News: The witless on the pitiless, in reply to Tom Beard,
followed your link and read...
"The following is a set of writing conventions that the Māori Language Commission recommends be observed by writers and editors of Māori language texts"
sorry I didn't realize we were discussing a Māori language text -
Hard News: The witless on the pitiless, in reply to HORansome,
you must have a terrible time trying to decipher the average text message then

a café is different from a cafe
so whats the difference between a Maori and a Māori ?
-
you’re assuming what OBL might have thought of maori
seems to me RB's only assuming what OBL thought of some aspects of maori culture , e.g idolatry

Isn't the person running sparticus like the husband of one of the key agitators in the whole hobbit debacle, which might suggest why it wasn't targeted.
I'd have thought Lucy L was too busy on the Spartacus prequel set to be bothered doing the agitating ?
But her daughter signed a pettion against the boycott. -
And the production was? Spartacus. The one that has never heard a peep from the actors' unions.
They'd be targeting Go Girls long before Spartacus , extras on spartacus get paid and treated a lot better than on go girls (and any other nz productions i've been an extra on , and the views a lot better too ! )
And from what I've heard from other extras I was fortunate not to be on the King Kong set - hours were a lot longer on that -
Goff's comment about Henry is spot on , as the Dikshit piece shows,
its classic Henry being silly , pathetic , childish and definitely himself.
(in other words probably not capable of much better , or of working out how insulting Goff is being to him )
