  • Greg Dawson,

Definitely like the riffing on feed – PAS Feed would sit nicely underneath RSS Feed on the sidebar :)

Public Consumption gets my other vote.

  • Richard Grevers,

-1000 for “Nom” – that word sums up the worst of social networking – and American cultural imperialism, even if Sesame St is PBS.

I do like Vore and Mise en Place, and am probably too late to the table to come up with anything suitably tasty and original.

    Nourishing
Entree (or is that French cultural imperialism?)
    Trough (tongue firmly in cheek)

Sure thing, It’s all about refining culture down to it’s barest bones. You shouldn’t have writing about food either, just one single imagin of an ingredient against a backdrop of its own colour every day. Monday; egg on off white, tuesday beetroot set against darkest red, wednesday avocado on avocado and so on. Guest writers are allowed a word limit of 26 characters to describe the imagine.

I’m inclined to agree. Might as well make it a blog about cup-cakes with a name like that.

ETA: Should I be assuming that names of existing NZ eateries are ruled out to avoid confusion?
