So it looks like there is another batch of the dreaded brown acid in town then.
Don't eat it peeps, but if you do, just have a half.
And stay off the internet for a day or two. -
Deborah:
THEATRE!
You might be on to something there.
Diverting resources from, say, the family court into Creative NZ grants for some of the more flamboyant interested parties in the whole sorry thrashing saga mightn't be a bad thing. -
deborah = pretty damn funny.
and yes. some art therapy might be in order for some.
-
"Diverting resources from, say, the family court into Creative NZ "
Yeah right, what else would I expect in la la land where deluded creative/utopian simple minds - amuse simple people = theatre , how funny , how silly , talk about a bad acid trip !Forget the art therapy Che, as this place is satuarted with fart therapy experts, and has the distinctive fetid smell of a shipwreck of fools trapped in a morass of morals ?

the distinctive fetid smell of a shipwreck of fools trapped in a morass of morals ?
you should be writing all this stuff down somewhere for posterity.
tomorrow morning.
1. eat something to get over hangover
2. go buy notebook
3. speak to people in shop a bit, maybe see if they have part-time work
4. come home, write things in notebook. -
Miss Clark and Ms Bradford are level 1's, while I am still undecided what level the horsewhip women is ?
Goodnight and don't let the bed bugs bite .

So be it and while many an astute and gracious scholar, citizen and patriot may calmly present via clear articulation with credible citation, reference and otherwise; clever crafters seem ever continual in effort for cover by self-manufactured hallmarks as though of PC acceptable (not) practices.
Dad4Justice, it's not that we don't care for what you say, but it's the way you say it.
You have a verbose writing style. While it does have a somewhat pleasing poetic quality, it also takes longer to read, and when faced with a page of comments, it's easier to skip it than to work out exactly what you're trying to say.
If you're trying to get new people on your side, come down to their level. Use concise, blunt language. Save the poetry for your friends.

merc,
Didactic poetry is, and is not.

To move onto something less controversial, US politics, it's not hard to understand why Hillary is ahead of Obama with Democrat supporters but is edged out by Obama in a race against Guiliani with voters in general.
Hillary is unpopular with one group of voters - men between the ages of 18 and 49. Add to that the popularity she has with blacks and the less well off then the primary demographic that is anti-Hillary is white middle class 18 to 49 yr old men. That's most likely the make up of swing voters who shift to Guiliana or Obama.
But with those that will determine the Democrat nominaton Hillary is consistantly ahead and looks to be increasing that lead.

Can I recommend the Bill Bailey video, linked to in this HN, as an antidote to a depressing day in court.
Some of you need a good laugh.
-
It's a great show, that one. Although it's been in the shops for a while... not complaining as I certainly got my $25 of laughs out of it.
-
May I just take this opportunity to say that the first series of Black Books is possibly the greatest 6 eps of tele ever made.
Millwall, Millwall,
You're really awful,
And all your girlfriends
are unfulfilled and alienated.Well - I guess you had to be there.
-
Actually, I have two copies of that series on DVD (given as presents). As penance for calling d4j a drunken hobo maybe I could sent it to Russell and he could use it as a prize or something?
-
merc,
Yes please, I saw Dylan Moran here live, he's really funny. I have seen Dave Allen live too, similar sort of funny. Dylan completely tore NZ up, some of the audience were offended but too stunned drunk? to do anything.
-
Dad4Justice, it's not that we don't care for what you say, but it's the way you say it.
Yes that was what I was going to say.
Trying to throw as many big words into a sentence as you can comes of as a big pretentious wank.
People either get completely lost or get bored and give up. Either way you are not going to get your argument across. Now I'm off to work on my habit of trying to write three line sentences.
-
merc,
The secret is in the syllables
write to make it sound
just a little bit winter. -
"The Marriage Amendent Bill clearly states that a women can keep the birth father from the birth certificate"
Who needs a bill for that, she just says, "I dunno who it was"

Oh and FYI Russel

Comments are also worth a read

Is "move to Sweden" the modern day equivalent of get thee to a nunnery?
-
merc,
I'm gob-smacked.
-
So was it the same son that was the victim in the riding crop case?
If it is, then whether or not he started this particular fight, what the f**k do they expect.
Perhaps an argument that they would understand, is not to beat your child, because one day he will be big enough to hit back.
If it's a different, are we meant to believe that this one never go the same sort of beatings.
I'm only saying it, because I am too lazy to login and post on Dave's website. -
Oh and FYI Russell ...
Thanks. I left a comment.
I continue to be amazed at the loyalty this woman commands.
Dave's a nice enough guy, but I would have thought he'd have left the cult after considering the stark differences in the story she told him about the incident last year and the account of the witness. They are not the same.
-
Is "move to Sweden" the modern day equivalent of get thee to a nunnery?
You misunderstand. Sweden, because of its high rate of family intervention, is officially the Dark Kingdom. Its first-in-the-world performance on "Health and Safety", and "Behaviours and Risks" in this year's UNICEF Innocenti Report on Child Well-Being in Rich Countries is of no account.
Sweden is Evil. Helen is Evil. Timaru Lady is Joan of Arc.
-
Russell, this lady at the very least is very selective in the way she tells her story. I doubt if she is telling the whole truth. She was certainly not very bright in regard the timing for the release of her video. The video was convincing. I have reassessed my view of her after the latest allegation. However, none of this presents a logical argument in favour of Bradford’s bill. Is Bradford as violent a person as she is because she received the odd smack as a child or would she be worse if she never received a smack as all?
-
sorry russell, until we have incontrovertable proof that you are not a mind-control pawn of the labour government we will no longer believe you.
so, to help you out, i did a little search.
it produced this picture of a man who looks alarmingly like you, wearing a tinfoil hat.
which should be proof enough for all the skeptics
