  • Nora Leggs,

Whoops, I hadn't turned on "allow comments" - that's a bit socially isolating.

Kia ora koutou PA whanau. It’s been a while…

Today has been a bit a shit day for our media friends, and particularly in the whare of our host. Big aroha to you and Fi RB.

I remember what a solace this place was to many after the chch eqnz, and while it’s impossible to relive the past, as Nora says be nice to see how you are expanding your universes from inside the bubble.

    Keep safe and take care.

It’s actually Sunday! And I managed to update the clocks. How’s everyone in their bubble?

Here’s our window friends. The snoopy in the middle has been around for 40 years or so. My sister made the shirt.

I like it, the whole world as a bubble?

More bubbles here, from dinner, suddenly noticed oil and vinegar creating bubbles within bubbles. And looking somewhat planet like.

I’d have to say, the likelihood of being shouted down on a Capture thread is pretty low :)

I did whole light shows based on those properties at high school...

Pyrex dishes and overhead projectors - heat creates convection motion as well - hours of fun...

I love macro, but worry that there might be a dark theme running through this one. And the text warp is a bit messy.

"Very good, Mr Jesus. May I call you 'Dashboard'? Let's rotate that lens board, stick on the little 36mm Yvar and with the lens wide open the bokeh makes you look almost omnipotent, if I may be so bold.

Little people! While my own cast of characters is growing, no coherent theme has yet to reveal itself.

  • Alfie,

In my defense, he came from a discarded stalk about to be composted and his little arms were a bit floppier than I'd hoped. I don't like broccoli so there's probably some underlying symbolism I don't even know about. Yet.
