Just to remind readers how bogans are cool with queer rockers too.
So as to the title, “Should Labour go after the Bogan Vote?” I'd suggest yes, yes they should and while I'm at it, they should go after every vote (hard task for any Party). This is the only way we can get rid of National and after Serco, after Charter Schools, after selling our state assets, the manipulation of public opinion, the dishonesty, the complete lack of a moral compass, Bogans are just as important as anyone suffering this current Government. I join all to release their inner Bogan, who are many here, it seems, and say Fuck National and the horsepower they rode in on and claim back our country before it's too late.
Oh and if anyone has a beef with Labour, may I suggest, advise them personally. Take the power of people to the source. I liked Stephen Judds punishment over his view of Labours behaviour whereby he hit them in the pocket until they do better.ETA, I have no idea how that is in reply to Mr Crawford. Ne'er mind

Basically, this is fucking nuts.
Sounds appalling to me and a bit I have heard from someone "on the ground " as it were , should be criminal charges. It is obviously sensitive for those concerned, however, I'm a bit horrified so feels it needs investigation. I am sure this will happen if I get anything to do with it.

Peter Tait made a short film that started in our Garage in Ponsonby back in 2002/3. Came out in 2004.
It was called Bogans -

This means that a citizen from the PRC would have been able to legitimately transfer 50,000USD offshore at the end of Dec and another 50,000USD once the new year began. That would be in the ballpark for a deposit on an Auckland property. Coming from the PRC we had to accomplish offshore transfers within that time frame
We had a similar situation in that our final payment came in January but the grandmother was getting a mortgage in China and helping her resident daughter in Auckland. The buyer was a Band F realtor who I sold privately to. They have a house and have done ups to sell and maybe still have our old house.
FWIW, My Chinese masseur (after my previous masseur, his mate, got residence and moved to Vancouver, leaving behind his rental) would relay to me his difficulty at auctions, trying to buy a house. He was very annoyed that many mainland Chinese were outbidding him when they didn't live here or pay taxes like he did. he felt it very unfair. He eneded up finally with a do up that he paid over $1000000.00 for in Balmoral. I know he would never complain to anyone though. He is happy to have some grass in a back yard. Very happy. -

If nothing else Bart It has got me interested in QE and I think you can both be right. It is obviously not easy to get one's head around as there is much on the internets that point in both the directions both of you are taking. There is nothing wrong with disagreeing with each other. Contribution is healthy. Teasing ,not so much ,but the fact both of you have strong opinions does not suggest to me trolling. I do think Ben would have the same debate no matter who would have said what you have. Many here have strong opinions and ideas, sometimes it's good to step away from the computer. I do it. T'other does it often. Don't fret. Mostly it's not personal here.

*sigh*
Oh, big effort llew40 . I'm hanging in there to see where it leads ;)
I'm over reading QE for dummies now and still cant see who is right although BW is convincing. The Bart/ Ben debate is good food for thought.

Yet the tragic case of the death of the Wanganui surgeon's child seems to have gone unremarked by the hapless Hooper.
I didn't know of it but the Ashburton case was being repeated everywhere. I don't expect the gossip columnists would do research at all.'ll do some catch up.
SHIT! was that the baby in car left in hospital carpark? That was very sad. -

Sofie with an F . I don't like lynching from anyone. I try to understand how someone's thoughts get to lynching . In Pebbles case, she said something stupid and uncaring then apologised. That she said it in the first place suggested to me she would also be ill equipped when apologising. I'm not defending her but bitching about her name on these pages got me wondering about a bigger picture and I happen to think a lot of people here are highly intelligent who tend to empathise and understand . I'm well aware of my shortcomings when I talk about ,even think about John Key. I'm not saying Schools in Ponsonby are an expensive education either. I'm just saying I think she was being shallow, uncaring and yes stupid. At least (in her 20's) she apologised. How often does Key do that? Never.
