This…
I’ve said more times than I can recall in talks about this that the great gift of learning to understand how my boys were different was learning along the way how everyone is different. That people may respond differently because their actual experience of the world is different.
Well said, and whilst this pertains to your kids, I’d like to add that I try to apply that to all the beings I meet and some of them don’t even like me ?? ;)
I have found it beneficial to engage with more difficult/interesting types than to ignore them and to say the least, I feel I do get a better understanding of human behaviour than others I know, who gravitate toward like minded people.
and this…I actually regard that insight as a significant professional benefit in my line of work.
That’s one of your many fine traits, witnessed on many an occasion. Maestro!
ETA I quite like these twitter feeds that run down the page. So Longstones gone eh?? Can Parata follow suit. -

Bit early for me ;)
Spiralling into control?
Indeed, supposed to be a roof shout tonight , that is spiralling enough for my xmas present. With or without walls up. We are going for the indoor outdoor flow this summer.

So now I know what to look out for. I imagine you’d like Mathews Museum on State Highway 10 with a shed full of vintage cars amongst other things and the Taipa Car show around Jan 2 if you are around at that time. Your fine mobile deserves a spot in the paddock (the location on OruruRd) at the show.
What a nice time of year to be up that way. Bon Voyage! :)
Oh, and cool photo Joe. -

You have a CBD?
He has a CDB. ;)
I has a CDB, I got it a week ago and it still hurt. I discovered it is but a mere 2nd deg CDB but on the thumb it makes life a lil’ difficult.
CDB = Culinary Dipsy Burn -

I leave the door open because we have a dog! That is dog food not bird food. I throw out a bit of older bread for them over the deck, they still come back. Greedy lil' sods :)
They don't shit unless you scare them and I've been there done that. Its easier all round to let them have a wee snack and go on their merry way. -

Ben, these two hang out on our deck together all the time. None of my birds squabble ;) look at these 2 although not great photos ,you get the gist…
and forget the dirty floor.
The blackbird comes in every day when the door is open. I closed it one morning to find shrieks coming from my Dracaena Marginata. A wax eye was sitting on one of its branches.Suffice to say he wasn't too happy about staying in all day. Suffice to say, thoughts went to birdshit everywhere. -

I’ll say it again – Michael Quinlan is an excellent and generous bloke – unfairly treated for a range of reasons..
He'll probably need visitors to remind him of that now and after sentencing

I’ve always wondered about the possibility of a completely random
Here is an example of the police being random
I immediately thought. What if it wasn't locked in the first place. Anyone could have been in there.
