It’s obviously not aimed at Millenials themselves because they don’t even read Granny.

these articles do buy into the narrative that if you forgo smashed avo and work hard you too can own a home (with mummies and daddies help) - if young people weren't so lazy and drugged up they'd have that fruit picking job and home on a hill

    its the kiwi dream

the government will attempt to prevent all those mortgages from going upside-down

I think you've confused mortgages with banks, individuals will be left to the market...

I've a very similar experience to you (been vaping - argh I loathe that term - for a couple of years now), though haven't really tried to cut nicotine levels as much as I could but am happy with where I am...

I've saved a lot of money... feel healthier... smell nicer... and while I still buy the very occasional packet of marlboros for occasions (I like smoking) I also know never have to because of my addiction - which is liberating in itself

I've managed all of this without trying to give up nor pretending I am

ahh I should have known that.... so if ads follow the cookies they'd only turn up on a nazi site if I went to said site

In which case isn't the problem with those individuals companies are targeting via tracked cookies not the sites themselves? Even nazis want insurance, juicy rentals and banking I am guessing - please note I'm not a nazi, nor visitor of such sites, and no one can prove I am until my ISP sells my search/browser history... *sigh*

  • Legal Beagle: A war crimes inquiry; or…,

they may look stupid but the entire story is now 100% fixed on map locations, village names and not the actual events, you know the actual story/allegations - the spin has spun the story into the realm the public will now zone out of, if they've not already... which doesn't help with maintaining pressure on a very hesitant to do anything English to launch an inquiry

right now I imagine the comms team and/or PR peeps at NZDF are feeling pretty good about this skirmish

how much of what ads a person is subject to is the site not the user - i.e. do ads follow a user (IP address I guess)? I know if I look at a item in a online store I am then advertised strongly to for that product & store across multiple sites - what I'm asking is were the juicy and jetstar ads on the USA supreme site there because of placement or your visit?

Isn't the solution for those companies et al wanting to protect their image by not associating with what must be acceptable accounts and sites to simply nor use the ad placement mechanism - if double-click, google or whatever aren't doing what a client wants don't use those services???
