They're included in the total counts, but get listed as zero on the <a href="http://electionresults.org.nz/electionresults_2011/pp_stats_index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">booth-by-booth breakdown</a>. It's "fewer than 6" though, so places with exactly six votes do appear.
