but just to throw it back at me as some form of rebuttal is poor.
Is it just? I thought it was a pretty charmless swipe in the first place, so if you think it's sub-standard when it's pointed back at you, that should perhaps prompt some self-reflection on your end.
It is my considered opinion that Craig's sympathy for National doesn't make him an irrational cheerleader for the blue team, and a lot of people here would likely agree. But you know, whatever. If you're happy to dismiss him as a partisan sockpuppet with no integrity, you're quite free to dismiss me however you like into the bargain.

It's hardly a scandal to note his strong National Party leanings. But yes it lacks charm for sure.

I've always thought that Craig was a cheerleader for his own team. Whether that is worse or better than the National Party...

Who says I cheerlead for anything? Pom-poms. Short skirt. All that bellowing and leaping around. Wrong on soooo many levels. I can muster the occasional febrile huzzah, a dessicated claw poking out of the sleeve of a musty cardigan, but that's about it.
