Sometimes I detect a strange resonance between Colin Craig and Tony Abbott. Anyone else think they have much in common?

...a strange resonance between Colin Craig and Tony Abbott.
I took a speedo reading course once, but both men are still ciphers to me...

Not really -- Tony Abbot may be a vindictive rat bastard impervious to taste, common decency, evidence-based public policy or honoring his own campaign promises but he's a frighteningly competent rat-bastard. If Colin Craig was an Australian politician he'd have been fed to the dingos years ago for the only truly mortal political sin across the pond -- losing. The man couldn't even buy himself into a set of Mayoral neck bling, FFS...

Nursery crimes…
I can’t see how Key could partner up with ‘Gollum’ Craig – the Conservative ‘literature’ constantly bags the National Party, so how can something that is supposed to be better than National, or at least an alternative, then play a subservient role – or is Colin just trying to be liked by someone?
And if Key chooses to go down that route – how desperate does that make him look? How did Craig make his money any way?
I can’t find any easy source for that info…. -

Dotty Rat...
I also note that Kim Dotcom is using Joe Wylie's Porcupine Farm images without crediting them or linking back (as far as I can make out). Can someone who 'does' twitter take him to task please...
He must understand about Copyright and Terms and Conditions by now...Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
or he could send money.... :- )

Inherited a lot of property which then went up in value.
I think in Australian terms, he'd be Gina Rinehart.

our weird fudge of a system
Applies to a lot of "systems" now.
you have to game the system.
Most people's least favoured option.
Except of course..with exceptions...
thems in the systems. -

If anything, CCCP has more in common with Bob Day, or the more illiberal side of Cardinal George Pell. Abbott doesn't seem to bother with facades these days.

I don't think that's it either. He's not really a proper religious conservative -- he doesn't actually go to church. He's more just a narrow-minded fool.

Ouch! He'll be dragging you through the court if you keep this up...

Astology, noun. A branch of histology specialising in studying the part of the human anatomy from which Colin Craig plucks his policies.
Seems to be in quite broad use, although sadly unacknowledged as a source by other parties.

(there's that soft 'c' shuffle again)
...and a facade is just
a 'face' with an 'ad' in it,
innit?
amirite?
:- )ps: I like 'CCCP', for our Colin
lotsa graphic possibilities there...
silly c-c-cyrillics and all1cc would be a bit too humble, I imagine
but might have his measure perhaps? -
"Astological events"
That's what happens when Mecuy is in etogade

It's my honest opinion of him.

Yep - the phrase 'more money than sense' comes to mind.

CCCP that would be C(3)P - oh!
With just as much considered thought.

And still on Wang & McVicar et al, would they regard the Grand Theft Auto series as training manuals? McCoskrie First and Karl du Fresne certainly seem to.

Hi Russell & thanks for the heads up Ian. Naturally people will help themselves to images, even people one doesn't necessarily like. I wouldn't be too fussed about no linking back, except this is the first time I've seen someone do it while deliberately trimming my sig from the image. While I'm not much of a twitterer I've attempted to point that out.

I always loved the total impossibility of More Dollars than Cents now I realise that that is how Capitalism seems to work.
So maybe the time has come for the CCCP -

As envisaged by the always excellent Danny Hellman.

Isn't that the digital version of fraud, altering and using a 'document' (file) to gain an advantage?
What also irritated me was that people were 'tweeting' 'good job', 'nice work', etc back to him (Kim.com), as if he'd done it,
I didn't see any replies disabusing them.Just another duplicitous political game player,
do we need to enable yet another one?
