Is that the one you tweeted me about? I must investigate.

Yup, any friend of Prince Fatty will be liking that album.

Subwoofer: A mate picked up some cheapo drivers used for adding thump to video games (the sort where you sit in a chair) and wired them under his lounge floor just under the sofa — seriously fast and powerful bass! You could maybe do similar under the deck? You don't…

Subwoofers: the bane of urban life. My next door neighbours have their hooked up to an Xbox or similar, for random booming all day. And those upstairs must be skyping with theirs on: far more irritaing than good ol' music.

Your NEIGHBOUR wired in an active sub outlet for your back yard? You, sir, have accomodating neighbours. In my hi-fi past I was always a fan of something smaller in an active sub for music systems (rather than h/t) – usually 10", max 12". But then I was never looking…

In updated AirPlay news, the fact that AirPlay is now built into the operating system will finally induce me to upgrade to Mac OS X Mountain Lion.
