Ah yes, that makes sense. It's a legacy of the old separate PAS site and using it this way is a bit of a hack. It just seemed the easiest way of harvesting messages.

(Ok, it depends on the URL by which you accessed this page whether you see the “choose file” button. In the system page, you see it, in the blog post page, you don’t.)
