Thanks Hayden for actually making the pro netball exciting. I struggle to get into it on TV, and the print press seem to be so dull with their reportage, the Waikato Times excluded. (Discliamer ex the 'Tron ,now in Auckland).

Thanks for the comments guys. And good article Hadyn: one of the big downers about concentrating on the action on-court is that perversely you lose track of the action on the court. I'd look at the scoreboard and wonder when all those goals were scored. So it's good to be…

No, you're thinking of Larissa Harrison. Broederlow is only my height, 9cm shorter than Larissa's 188cm. Yeah, I've never seen Harrison on court. Weird.

I'm going to bag the press (again) for its uncanny ability to pretend to be an important "national" newspaper whilst continually exposing its small, provincial heart.

Its "Super Sport" Monday morning section this morning had around 12 column inches of "zomg what can the Tactix do in their game tonight"…
