To carry on with the Dog Summer theme - for me at least - a new thing's happened that will become a part of Ruby's and my life. Sleeping at Granny's. Some of you will be aware that I spend a weekend every month or so at my Mum's place in Greenhithe. Mum has mooted for quite a while that I bring Ruby up with me, and that she and Mum's dog Ollie could sleep in the garage together. I wasn't sure about that one, but Mum and I have come to a compromise. Ruby can sleep in my bedroom but on a dog bed on the floor. So, that's new for the dog who normally sleeps on/in our bed with us......

In the second one, the Rocket Man, with his jet power wing strapped to him, is flying in formation with two fixed wing planes. That, as we were assured, is no small thing.
