OK the IT situation is a costly and ineffective mess. BUT what about all the other aspects of the supercity that were driven through a similar haze of smoke and mirrors?

What could convince anyone that the same sort of wasteful behaviour hasn't happened there also? (?waste water? ?transport?)

the only difference between this lot and earlier generations is the tools available to open the bottles and the availability of home recording devices and the net to show off the results

My generation learned to open bottles this way back in the '50s generally using techniques that our fathers had brought back from service in WW2

Well, they do spit at each other to settle their social differences but humans generally only get spat on when they behave like bloody idiots - as these guys do!!!!!!!
