May I suggest that you can also try as an alternative ,our abundent farmed salmon. This is extremely rich in protein and as an oily fish, much omega 3. After my man finishes his woodworx for the day (with sustainable wood naturally) , I find the workshop shavings are a perfect infusion fora piece of salmon on foil with a touch of lemon and honey atop to be hot smoked for 5 to 10 mins. The honey is also a natural antibiotic which may have been the answer to all those iritated by aerial spraying

The 39 year old isn't the same person as the previous threat. Miessen was an ex undercover drug squad cop. He's apparently had a few drug problems due to his undercover work. Interesting how his psychiatrist narked him of.
Interesting how they are still turning cops into drug addicts. They could just pay informants.A win win situation for everyone.Cop ... clean, and maybe thoughtful.

With this latest (and expected) news, I wouldn't underestimate Jamie Lockett.He may finally get his day in court which could be beneficial to his other grievances against the police. I dont think he is a "nutter". Angry perhaps,articulate and intelligent, definately.
