Err, that's SkyscraperCity. What's wrong with good old fashioned HTML?
If we let people use any old HTML they want, the terrorists would win ...

Where does dannews get this stuff from?

Thanks Stafford - you don't need the embed code from YouTube, just the URL, which is why it looked funny. And yup, user-editing is coming ...

Was also linked on Fark.com. Some 200-odd comments in favour. Beautiful.
I see that two versions of it are in the most-linked videos on Technorati today.

Coddington did in fact interview Justin Zhang from Skykiwi.com and Lincoln Tan. It appears neither of them gave her the message she wanted, so she had to simply quote Lincoln's columns selectively, and find someone completely irrelevant instead.
The irony, is that Lincoln, for all the tut-tutting about his tabloid ways, gets real stories ...

I've written about this before, but after the amazing test match against the Lions at Wellington Stadium last year, we stayed in our seats for a little while after the final whistle, feeling the afterglow.
Someone made the brilliant call to play 'Welcome Home' over the PA System as we sat there with the stadium emptying around us. It was a very beautiful thing ...

The Press Council very rarely upholds complaints (about 7% are upheld, considerably fewer than similar bodies in other countries) and when it does, it can only oblige editors of member publications to "publish the substance of Council adjudications".
As a self-regulating body for the print media (I think there are also two citizen representatives on the council), it has nowhere near the heft of the BSA.
Some print publications, notably NBR, don't acknowledge it. There's nothing to stop the council finding against those publications, it just makes ignoring the decision easier.

The Auckland City Council's comparisons page is interesting:
http://www.aucklandcity.govt.nz/stadium/comparison.asp
I'm not sure if I believe the waterfront costings, but this part is especially interesting:
"Special legislation to bypass Resource Management Act needed for both options."
Can't recall reading that in the paper ...
