    Hi Public Address,
I haven't posted in ages which some of you may consider a great favour so,

"Now maybe you can do me a favour"
The school I work at has entered and has made the final five of a competition to create and produce a song around the integrated use of ICT in our school and classroom. There is a rather large portion of prize action up for grabs and I'd like you to help us win it. If you go to the url below,
    http://contest.interwritelearning.com/contestant/90/
and vote for us I'd be ever so greatful. You have to create an account to vote which will cost nothing but a little of you time and an email addy. You get to watch a video which is based around our school and stars some of our kids and some guy who shall remain nameless, heh.
P.S. I'm going to spam this message on loads of threads and if this irritates you, I do apologise.

  • Speaker: Quantum Competition,

At club level it is highly likely to be far more prevalent (ref error) given their voluntary status. There is a major problem in rugby in auckland in terms of the volunteers making them selves available because of the recriminations directed at them by sidline 'experts', which can and do become physical and violent. I do however see your point regarding the suitability of this particular fellow. So I would challenge you or others who complain about it to take action and become a referee, or a coach, or a manager. Or just to help out with transport with a team, (It sounds like you already do Yamis and good on you) our game needs people like that for it's survival at youth and age group level. Lets face it that's where the next crop are learning their love of it.

  • Speaker: God is in the numbers,

The reason the advantage was not played was that it was a knock on adv rather than penalty adv which is rather more extended. More to the point was the infringing at the breakdown hands etc in the last quarter. Not spotted by the touchies or if it was spotted not acted on. But, we lost. We lost because we weren't good enough. We lost because the french had the killer instinct and took their opportunities, we were lacking when we had to adapt.
Forward passes? We've scored off them before.
Yellow card? Shouldn't put yourself in a position to get pinged.
We Lost NZ, Again, Handle it.
I don't really think you can criticise the intellectual rigour of McCaw. Dux of his school, certainly not a lightweight.
What's that I hear in the distance? Could it be the great NZ clobbering machine working itself up into a fervour. A nation collectively wringing it's hands over a game. That's right NZ (say it slowly) a game.
