Good Morning Mr Fitzgerald...The sea of Canterbury shirts could well have been the Ocean of Geraldine, in Munch, in initially the 8th month of the year b4 those Caesar Cheifs got yours truly b4 August made up the # 12. Me and Brian Jones met up with Sue Ferguson and Juliet Mackie. Susan from Taupo and Juliet from Waipukurau. We arrived at their flat/unit. Victoria was our landlay. Her boyfriend beat her up. The story is longer than the song (although initially the song was Grateful Dead long) and I can't add much more than that I was the happiest fish in the world when I arrived back at her apartment to find that the evil bastard was gone and Vicky had a promotional "Victoria" poster on her wall. In retrospect I think she may have only been 5 or 6 years older than me.I loved her and answering those phones was a real experience. A real laugh, yet being professional, I'd read the Star or watch the fish in the aquarium.
Incidentally..if it is the Jackie Clarke I know....definitely not overweight.....not invisible in the sense of Amazon Women on The Moon ...however a yes to, one the finest singers here there and from everywhere....& Bryan...well....Him and my drummer canuck mate do not underrate....as for Ryan I'm going for the Sly Family. -
