  • Russell Brown,

    Ooh.

A recently re-recorded and quite different version of The Chills' 'Pink Frost':

    Doprah last night

In keeping with my practice of only engaging with the parents of exciting young musicians, I met Indi from Doprah’s parents last night. They were very pleasant folk.

Just discovered that Indi has a Soundcloud of her own. And it's good.

Well, I completed my music mission and I’m staying indoors and under a blanket today.

I wound up seeing Eddie Johnston play three times in three days, the last in his guise as Lontalius, in a little space on New North Road yesterday afternoon. That’s Daniel McBride, aka Sheep, Dog & Wolf, on drums in these pics.

I didn't take any pics of Eddie as Race Banyon on Saturday night, dropping electronic bangers for a very excited Kings Arms crowd, but that was great. Just a whole lot of fun.
