The weather in Auckland has been mainly meh in the last week. Had a lovely windy walk at Bethells this morning followed by the best kumara fries in the country from the Bethells Café.

Cunning little bastards. Discovered two little waxeyes who had found a way into my raspberry enclosure this morning. They were released but with a severe warning.

Yep, the word that the camera in the 4S is pretty special isn't just hype. I think with Camera+ it's in the best tradition of Apple tools, in that it basically frees you up to play.

You did that with your phone? Jebus.
Onetime president of the Auckland Lily Society Rob Muldoon would know. On his Radio Pacific show Lilies and Other Things he was quite the lily expert, though legend has it that Thea did the real heavy lifting.

I'd vote lavender for the bluish things in the background. Very fetching.
