HuhuGreat captures, Sofie. How on earth do you persuade them to pose so perfectly?

I don’t like to scare them which is why a lot of my shots are from behind and often I suspect they are resting, having a nap as it were. The bees, well I get comfortable and wait and make sure the camera is concentrated on a particular part of a plant they are buzzing around and sooner or later I get to snap! If I see bees around a particular flower I’ll aim next to it to get them in flight.
Also the money shot comes with patience, well my feeble money shots but they are enough to satisfy. Also for birds , 6am is a good time to watch them. They are busy shopping and eating and building.
This bugger flew around me for an hour. It was very difficult to catch him in flight. I got this shot then he flew down and posed or it may have been another one, but my job was done anyway. :)
Those flys eyes are brilliant. -

Just held my phone up close, then after I put it on the computer zoomed in closer and tweaked a couple of things like saturation. Otherwise, it is as it appeared outside. No idea what it is beyond "some kind of a bug". But it does seem to be floating over the stone, and the stone looks much cooller than the cheap concrete fake rock it really is.
